The company commenced the rehabilitation and renovation works of Al-Habbaniyah Tourist City, including its hotel and all associated tourist facilities. The scope of work covered the renovation and furnishing of the panorama area, family restaurant, main hall, swimming pool, event halls, kitchen, wedding hall, and storage facilities, all executed and furnished according to the latest internationally approved technical standards.

In addition, the company carried out the rehabilitation and renovation of 200 tourist villas within the city, including their private swimming pools, and furnished them بالكامل to be fully ready for receiving visitors to the tourist city.

Furthermore, the company prepared engineering plans and designs for the implementation of an amusement park with an area of 15,000 m², and equipped it with games sourced from leading international manufacturers. The company also executed and rehabilitated the boat marina in the designated area according to approved plans and drawings, including facilities for both large and small boats.

Additional works included the implementation of the tent restaurant and the area opposite the tourist hotel within the city, covering a total area of 27,000 m².
